Look through the attached list of Global schools (both Round Square & Direct partnerships). Choose some other school than Appleby College, we have only one place and too many applications!!!!!

STUDENT EXCHANGE 2012       MS 2, 3, HS 1, 2, (3 in special circumstances like inteship)

CSIA students who wish to visit on exchange during either Jan / Feb or July/ August 2012 need to start applying NOW!

Places for boys and girls Appleby College (Canada), St Paul''s (Hong Kong), Beijing World Youth Academy (Beijing, China), & Ballarat Grammar(Melboue, Australia) for two-three weeks in February, 2012 are available. Students will be hosted by students at home-stay who will also visit CSIA during March/ April/ May or June 2012. Visitors to CSIA will live in the dormitory during the week. It would be best for them to visit home-stay at the weekends. CSIA students traveling abroad need to cover their flight costs to the country, and their personal expenses (gifts, etc). Accommodation, travel in the country & food will be provided by the host families and the school.

Applications should be completed by November 30, 2011. The Round Square form for exchange will be used. It is available to download from this page.

Step One should be done ASAP so that I can plan the exchanges:
1) Step One:   Send your name, grade, and photo to Mr. Gabb by e-mail    gabbglobal@yahoo.com
                       Express your preference for the country you would like to visit (Round Square schools
                       are actually in 20 countries so there is a broader choice than these four)
2) Step Two:   Download the form at the bottom of this message. Choose the dates
3) Step Three: Get signed permission from your PARENTS first - Make sure you explain to them the
                       costs involved and also that your family should be willing to offer to host a student for
                       at least one weekend during his / her stay at CSIA. This is only fair as you will be hosted
                       by a family for the whole two or three weeks when you go abroad.
4) Step Four:   Begin filling out the sections of the form, get a medical statement from the hospital or your
                       doctor, and get the statement signed by your homeroom teacher and your dorm parent.
5) Step Five:    Pick up your grade scores from the admin office
6) Step Six:     Submit the form to Mr. Gabb.

Students should prepare their passport, travel & medical insurance, and flight ticket. All applications will be reviewed and most suitable applicants will be chosen. Please contact Mr. Gabb, 010-9948-5130 at gabbglobal@yahoo.com

-2012년 교환학생 프로그램 제공 학교: 캐나다의 Appleby College, 홍콩 St Paul’s, 중국 베이징의 Beijing World Youth Academy, 호주 멜번의 Ballarat Grammar 스쿨 -일시: 2012년 2월에 2-3주간

-본교 학생들은 상대 외국학교의 호스트 패밀리 집에서 머물게 됨. 본교 학생에게 숙소를 제공해 준 외국 학생은 2012년 3,4,5,6월 중에 본교에 교환학생으로 방문할 수 있음. -본교 방문하는 외국 학생들은 생활관에서 머물게 되며 주말에는 교환학생 갔던 본교생이 집에 초대하도록 함.

-교환학생 가는 본교생들은 본인의 항공료 및 기타 개인 비용을 부담해야 하며, 숙박, 식사 및 등하교 교통수단은 호스트 패밀리와 상대 학교에서 부담해 줌.

-신청 마감은 2011년 11월30일이며, Round Square 공식 양식을 이용하여 신청. (다운로드 가능)
