1) Empty your portfolio BUT keep the plastic sleeves for this new semester. BRING it back to School! Make sure your name & ID NUMBER are permanently & clearly on the ‘spine’!!!
2) Lea how to create a ‘blog’ page on wordpress.com
3) Interview 4 family members:- ask them about their jobs – take a picture of them at work if possible – research about other occupations (jobs) in each of their respective workplaces.
4) Start writing some entries on your blog about what you discovered about your family member’s jobs. Conclude with a paragraph why you would or would not choose to do their job for your career.
